Shipping FAQs

PROCESSING

Processing will begin anywhere between 24-48 hrs after your order has been placed. You will receive an email from our website with a receipt of your order. All orders have a 3 to 7day processing to ensure all products are made fresh to order! Larger orders may take longer. 

SHIPPING POLICY

After your order is done processing, it is your responsibility to keep track of your order. You will receive a second email with your tracking number. 

If you have not received a second email with your tracking number after approximately 10 business days, then you may contact us via email at saxbeautecompany@gmail.com. Please provide us with your full name and order number that was sent to you after your order was placed.

When tracking shows "pre-shipment info sent to USPS" it can mean:

  • The package could still be in the possession of the seller. 
  • The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS. 
  • The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned. 

DELIVERY

Delivery will depend on your location. Due to COVID-19, your order may be delivered to you within 3-5 business days following processing.

SAX BEAUTÉ COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW LONG YOUR ORDER TAKES TO BE DELIVERED AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

SAX BEAUTÉ COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST BY CARRIER. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sax Beauté Company is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Sax Beauté Company will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

All of our products are packed with the utmost care. Therefore, Sax Beauté Company is not responsible for mishandling of product by the shipping carrier. If a product arrives broken you must contact your local USPS and file a claim with your tracking number. 

Once we ship your order and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in possession of the of the USPS, we are no longer liable for the package. We cannot issue refunds or be held liable for missing or damaged packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your address shows invalid in our system, we will email you through the email you provided for you to send the correct address. If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

If your order was sent back to us due to refusal of acceptance you will not receive a refund.
